Night's 4 Grad's

Grad Night took place on Thursday March 28, 2009.

What a night!
Disneyland was pretty chill, but the real thing which made it a night to remember where all my friends and my date, April. She really got along with my homies, and got the approval of my closest homies, which made me smile.

The clubs were aright. I personally had a better time dancing in the street randomly than in the "club," but hey that's just me.

Roscoe's was delicious like always, but the serving size was maybe a little big....

The Telly.

Good sounding mainstream music.

Days Like These

As the year rapidly comes to an end, I've looked back on my amazing experience at Loyola. While I go to various banquet's and eat my fill, I look around and see myself surrounded by men who I am proud to call my fellow Cubs and brothers. These past 4 years have truly been filled with life time memories and friends who always get my back.

I love yall.

Shout out to the Campus Ministry Team, you all are the best!!!

Last Meeting??

Today MPC met for the last time??

I'm still not sure if it really was our last meeting, but if it was MPC '09 went out with a bang. J-Wat held our attention with his thought provoking spoken word. Underclassmen, Lionel and Daniel shared some of their poems, young men coming up, watch out in 3 years they are gonna be damn good poets. Jared Jones finished it out by spitting over a beat box collaboration between seniors Elliot and Ez.

Everyone was legit today.

MPC '09 really stepped it up, the crew was diversified drawing from all races and all classes, from freshman to seniors. Big things happened this year which I was happy to witness. I sincerely hope big things continue to happen and eventually leading to MPC being a stable club of Loyola, providing a forum of expression.

Good times this year.

Friday, Saturday, & Sunday

I saw Star Trek on Friday with some of the "family." I must say it lived up to all the hype, and even went beyond. I never watched the show, mainly because it looked boring as hell, but the movie was far from boring. At the end of every action scene I was out of breath. Go out and watch it.

I saw Angels & Demons on Saturday with the homie Ez. Overall, we both agreed the book was superior. I also "bumped" into April C.S., which was really nice since I hadn't seen her in a long minute.

Today, I worked my butt off in the yard. However on the plus side I got a bit of a tan. Nice.

I can't wait for summer.
I know you can't either.
