Giving Thanks in NYC

I was in the one and only New York City this past Thanksgiving break. I stayed with my boy Simon and his family in the Bronx, which by the way gets a bad rep and it really isn't bad. What is as bad as every one says is how rude the average New Yorker is.

Good times were had. 3 week till I'm back in lovely LA.
I finally got some boots.

Wipe It Down

It has been established, finals will be a very stressful time in my life. On another note, playing Halo 3 has slowly taken over my life. I am getting better, watch yo back Trav!

Thanksgiving will be spent in the Bronx with my fellow Cub Simon and his familia.

Diss

I learned I handle confrontations really well. I keep a level head and speak my piece. I don't try and interject or impose my beliefs on other people because they don't have to believe what I do. It's all good because it is what it is.

I booked my ticket to NYC for Thanksgiving to visit Simon. I'm MAD excited. I've picked up slang from my east coaster friends and I now say MAD in front of things which aren't the slightly related to the word MAD.

Shits MAD crazy.
I'm MAD hungry.
She's MAD hot.
Man that's MAD hilarious.
I'm MAD mad.

Strike

SEPTA is on strike. SEPTA is like Metro in LA. Buses and trains are all delayed or not running at all.

I was up till 2:30 AM memorizing my Spanish oral presentation, I got it down. I was supposed to present today. My teacher couldn't make it because of the SEPTA strike. I should be happy but I'm not because I really wanted to go today. Damn. C'mon SON!

Halloween

This past weekend was the best weekend thus far at Haverford.

I just let the good times roll.

Balled again. Lost again, but this time by 3.
We'll get it eventually, I just gotta get my confidence back on the court. I got this.
