B-boy's

The B-boy's Final Four hopes were cut short today in their 9-7 loss against J-Grad's squad.

It was a short, intense game, where in my opinion there were too many fouls. With that said, J-Grad's team ended up moving the ball better and making the shots when they needed too.

That quote has been yelled everyday for the past week, since college letters have been sent. My mom is always questioning and wondering if anything happened today, its quite hilarious, but refreshing to know she cares.


Anyways, good 3 day weekend.
Friday night I showed the Ez & P.F. some funny ass videos, had them rolling on the floor. Then I beat both of them in a grand battle of Super Smash Bro's. It was gratifying.
Sofia's surprise birthday kickback was chill. It was nice to finally see her, Clarissa, and Rodney AKA Big Rod (I guess that's what he goes by now).
Big basketball game tomorrow at lunch, J-Grad's team is going down. Hustle all day!!

Metro Pass

A 3 x 5 piece of paper with bright colored stickers seems to rule my life.

Everywhere I go I am forced to use it. No car, equals public transportation, which can be annoying at times, but for the most part its not that bad. I find time to recollect and just drift away with my thoughts on the bus, sometimes too much and I find I have missed my stop. Fortunately that doesn't happen all that often.

I've recently come to the conclusion South Pasadena HS has some very attractive galz. Amazing isn't it, I never would've thought.

Weekend Blur

A blur is the best word to describe my weekend.

It flew by.

Basketball at SPHS with the fella's was intense, but a lot of fun. Chris Ayers is a baller, no one can deny that, it's a fact.
Tina's kickback was really chill, Apples to Apples is the bomb. John Liggins is the reigning champ, and I still say job interview should have won jittery.
HSPT tutoring at Loyola was tiring since I had to wake up to early, but watching the varsity Lacrosse team play was beastly, 6-0 last time I checked. GO CUBS!!
Then all day was spent filming with Simon for his digital film class. Los Angeles night shots are going to be epic, just wait.
And just got back from Trinity U's meet, which went really well.

Texas? Maybe.
We shall see.


School tomorrow.

I had a huge headache yesterday, so I went to sleep real early to get some rest.


Woke up today and felt a little better, but decided to stay home from school to get completely better.


I feel a lot better right now. Still have a little headache, but I'm sure by tomorrow I'll be alright.

Yes, back in my prime I used to be able to do just that with ease. But much has changed since then and I play sporadically, as a result my offense has suffered. However, tonight at South Pasadena HS's basketball courts I regained my pride and my game returning along with my confidence.

Occurrence

It occurred to me as I was walking to my 5th period class, school had become to seem extremely monotonous. The only thing keeping me alive on campus is my friends.

With this in mind I would like to officially thank all my friends I have made over my four years at Loyola for everything they have done for me. You ALL are great friends.

Victorious Weekend

Friday night Loyola's basketball team was victorious over La Mirada in a stunning 80-60 win.
If the win wasn't enough, I finally got to see a close friend from Brown, miss Sofi H and meet her friends. They were really chill and a lot of fun. We caught up on what had been going on in our lives, and vowed to hang again soon. Let's make it happen.
