LA Takedown

This building on Maine St. in Down Town LA was a place of art. It was an art gallery housing many unique and contemporary pieces by young and upcoming aspiring artists. On the wall outside there was this mural with bold letters yelling "LA TAKEDOWN!" The owner of the art gallery had received notice from the city that his building along with the whole block would be demolished in order to build more high rise apartments. His response to this information was to show publicly his feelings against this by getting some of his friends to paint this beautiful piece of modern art. The building was torn down, and now nothing remains. This picture symbolizes the owners artistic way to show his discontent with what the city had declared.

~Planet B-Boy in Downtown LA~

Simon, Jason, Paola, Ezekiel, and me decided to go and watch planet b-boy at this small theater in down town LA on main called Imaginasian. Its an Asian American film center where they show various indie movies that normally don't make the big screen. Before we went into the movie we had a little bboy session and a cipher with Ez providing the beats. Plus Simon was spitting game at these 28 yr old doctors from Berkley...oh yeaaa simOn!!

Glow in the Dark Tour

I've been hearing that Kanye's Glow in the Dark Tour has surpassed all expectations that anyone had ever had for it. From the people I have talked to, Lupe, N*E*R*D rocked the pre-show....Rihanna....well I heard her back up dancers were hot

Mr. West's act was a journey of him in space and there was the use of tons of lights and various effects to glam up the show. My friend Andy went to the show in San Diego this pass Sunday and said it was the shit.....for all you who havent gone, go n check it out...that includes me, i hope they dont sell out for the show at Staples before I get my tickets

Well yesterday was pretty awesome, went home with andy and chilled at his house. He beat me at horse but dont tell that I let him win. shhhh
Then we went to pick up Fabz with his wii....and once we got back to the house he forgot the cords at his house!! Andy almost killed him, but he didnt....close call
anywyz drove back got them thanks to the amazing better than nascar driving skills of chris.

Got back to the house and played it up on the Wii until like 8....we began to wonder where was Andy's friends. But then they finally came Richard(cool dood), Jessica, Rose, and Macey...even Simon made it out!
we just chilled n hung out, pretty fun
then those people had to go...past their bedtimes?? idk lol
thats when simon, andy, fabz, chris, n me went to in n out and had the funniest convo ive had in a longgg time.

Odd Couple......ya digg

You all remember Gnarls Barkley's first hit "Crazy" and its music video which was...well....crazy.
Now the odd couple, who is Danger Mouse and Cee-Lo, team up for their second album. I really like the way they push the limits of hip hop and continue to not be afraid to expand the boundaries. Cee-Lo once again kills the soulful vocals, while Danger Mouse's production skills and variety are shown here due to the way he can make fast paced tracks but yet can still make an equally dope song that is of a slower tempo.
I would definitely recommend this cd to any true music lover, or anyone who wants to listen to something a little different from the norm. As for me this cd will be in constant rotation for quite a while.

Started off the day after taking my ACT at Andy's casa just chillin and playing Brawl on the Wii....that game is sick and I own when I use Snake "BEAST MODE!" haha
Fabio and me teamed up against the Rivera brothers and owned, we won 6 out of 7 matches! We dominated our opponents.




Went to this burger joint in Downey, and I gotta admit the food was pretty damn delicious.



After we ate we headed over to USC. Saw this billboard....DONT TRASH CALiFORNiA!

Saw this car full of fine chicas at the gas station, you cant see them but trust me they were FINEEE
